Our 2005 ABI Brisbane is a very spacious, luxury, 6 berth caravan.
It has 2 bedrooms; 1 large very spacious double bedroom with 3
wardrobes (1 shelved and 2 with hanging space) and a dressing
table with stool. It is also fitted with an electric wall mounted
heater and over bed light. The twin bedroom has 2 good size beds,
over bed light, wardrobe and a fitted electric heater.
The lounge is large and very comfortable with a feature
fireplace with gas fire. There is also a sprung action double pull
out bed incorporated in the seating, which even with this out
leaves loads of space!
The dining area has a traditional dining table and 4 chairs and
the very well fitted out kitchen is very roomy with plenty of
storage and work space.
Our caravan is fitted out with all you could require including a
TV/DVD, stereo, microwave oven, full size cooker, fridge, iron and
ironing board, top quality cutlery, crockery and utensils,
hairdryer and patio set.
All duvets and pillows are provided for your use.
The caravan is situated in its own private fenced garden, which
has a patio set for your use, at Holiday resort Unity, Brean Sands
(Unity Farm). It is located in a good position within easy reach
of all the amenities on this very popular site.
Holiday Resort Unity
Holiday Resort Unity is an award winning site with something
for the whole family, which includes a heated indoor swimming
pool, outdoor swimming pool with slides etc., choice of cabaret
clubs and entertainment, late night adult only club, fun park
(over 30 rides) largest fun park in the West Country, 18 hole golf
course, pond and sea fishing, bike and peddle cart hire, regular
market and car boot sales, large play area, tenpin bowling, gym
and sunbeds, road train which runs regularly around the site and
facilities at night, amusement arcades, children's clubs, bingo,
internet cafe, dog walks, plus much more.
The safe and sandy beach is directly across the road.
Conditions
- Well behaved pets will be considered but an extra charge
will apply.
- Smokers are more than welcome to use the garden, but for
everyone's comfort and safety I do not allow smoking inside
the caravan.
- All site passes are included in the price (up to the
capacity of the caravan).
- Long weekends and Monday to Friday breaks are available
subject to availability.
- Some July/August dates are still available as we have only
just purchased this caravan.
