This caravan is situated on the waterside area of Thorpe Park site in Cleethorpes.

2 minutes from one of the two fishing lakes which is restocked every year.

2 bedrooms ,one with a double bed the other containing 2 singles, there is a metal action fold out bed, under the seats in the lounge area,

The caravan is equipped the a colour 14" TV with freeview, DVD player, and a microwave, if you look in the brochure of Haven Holidays, we are offering you all the luxuries of a GOLD caravan. The comfort and style of a SILVER, it is equipped to a high standard like the BRONZE, and has the smart and modern interior of a FOUR star, and meets all the family needs for a family on a tight BUDGET, but not at the GOLD Price.

Our prices does not include the entertainment passes, which can be purchased from main recepetion

All monies must be be paid FOUR weeks prior to you holiday starting, a £50 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking. This will be deducted off the final balance, if you decide not to proceed with your holiday, you will lose your deposit.

There will be a refundable security bond of £100, i.e. (any damage which may occur) which will be added to the price of your holiday, and returned to you on your departure

Also proof of your address will also be required

On arrival we will meet you at the caravan to hand you the keys, to save time standing in a queue, we will be there on your departure, to return your £100.

We accept responsibility for those arrangements of your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any other member of your party.

Unacceptable behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where unreasonable or anti-social behaviour caused by those persons named on the booking or their guests impairs the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.

Deposits are deducted from the full amount, leaving a balance payable 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. This date is clearly shown on your holiday confirmation and balance reminders will not be sent. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the holiday start date are payable in full. If the balance is not received by the due date, the holiday will be treated as a cancellation, and you will loose any money paid
