The Caravan

The caravan has 3 bedrooms plus a fold down bed in the dining area giving a potential for 8 people.
It is very clean and modern with a full size shower room and seperate toilet.  It has a gallery kitchen which is fully kitted out and includes a gas hob, grill and oven.  A microwave, toaster, kettle, all pots, crockery and cutlery etc are also available.

The bedrooms all have built in wardrobes, the double also has a dressing table and two bedside tables.  The two twin bedrooms have wardrobes.  The lounge area has ample seating and wall units, there is a tv/dvd combi and a cd stereo system.  It has a gas fire should it get nippy at night.  Outside the caravan is a large sunny patio with furniture and a bbq, the plot is nice and private with no immediate neighbours.  Car parking is next to the caravan on hard standing.
From the lounge area windows you have wonderful views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

The site

The site is very neatly kept by the owner of the site and is landscaped with many lovely shrubs and bushes.  There is a childrens play area which is very safe even for small children.
There is a shower block with washing machines in a purpose built block on site which is very clean and modern.
Pets are allowed on site and there is a doggy walking trail on site.

The area

There is a beautiful beach just below the site which is very safe for children and doesn't get too busy in summer as it has limlited facilities, there is a very nice cafe 100yds away.  Slightly further afield are some busier beaches with more facilities though theses can be busy in the summer, these are only a short drive away from the site.  If your happy to self cater a little, the beach below the site is unbeatable.  The local area is outstandingly beautiful and very popular with walkers, bird watchers, nature lovers and fisherman.  There are plenty of things to do and see in the area you will find a list of these in the information pack in the caravan.

A £50 DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE ON BOOKING(RETURNABLE ON DAY OF LEAVING SUBJECT
TO INSPECTION).  THE FULL BALANCE IS PAYABLE FOUR WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
